Cut cooling hole in the nose (still need clean up with diamond file). Installed a baffle to direct the air onto the motor.

Made a battery tray from carbon/foam composite. I make this myself and when I do make a big piece so there is some stock left over. Its long enough so I can get the CG to 25%.

Cut ESC cooling holes. Glued a pattern on with glue stick then cut and filed. The heat sink is directly behind the holes. Talking about cooling I still need to make an air exit system somewhere...

Going though the process of getting the paint on. Got a reasonable paint match for the vinyl I am using. Having the vinyl cutter is great as I can cut masks for paint or vinyl to stick on.
