I did a quick set with the inverted muffler. After looking at it I might be able to mill about an 1/8 to 1/4 inch off the muffler mount.

I would prefer an inverted engine setup.

I have a vertical inverted muffler. The problem with it is there isn't enough room between the engine and the cowl. This why I am trying to mount it this way according to the pictures.

Well I don't know if this is going to work or not. I'm trying to put my 23cc Mark on on Goldberg 90 size 68in plane. If I put it side ways it will stick out the cowl a lot. If I put it vertical there...
