Well done - and I see where the weight savings could be significant. Can you remove any of the wood mounts inside the fuselage without weakening the gear mount ?

Try using Krylon over Rustoleum. That will give you quite a wrinke effect [8D] Use the second coat just before the first type is dry.

Very nice Vern - it sounds like your Moki is dialed in perfectly. It may be the camera angle, but it looks like your left main gear needs some toe in. It looks like it is pointing outward. Nice job...

Thanks for the kind words. I had full flaps on all the approaches. I know you really don't need full flaps in such a strong crosswind, but I feel more comfortable with the same throttle settings on...

I have the plug in version, and it is lighter than your folding wing version, but your advice holds true either way. Simply relax the up elevator and she will stick like glue. I always land on the...

Hello Guys,

I used to attend the Dayton show, but it was gradually taken over by the 3D guys. They do allot an hour each day for Warbird gaggles, but why not go to the Warbird fly-in in Muncie...
