OK I put it on the scale today looks like 26# with most of the fuel out. I also ran it at 1/2 power and couldnt find anywhere on the outer pipe (that counts) that was over 100 F with all the area...

Right Steve, but when are you going to get in trouble with a tail heavy model?? It aint gonna be when you are going mach .9 and you have plenty of elevator authority. It will bite you when you slow...

at 150 your CG is way too far forward. Once again the gear retract forward so it needs to be balanced with the gear DOWN. I have mine at 165 right now and it still feels nose heavy sometimes. Get rid...

Hi, Never have put mine on the scales-Doesnt feel like 28 pounds though, prob less. You should balance the aircraft with the landing gear in the DOWN position as it has forward retracting gear, tanks...

I have it turned down to 26 pounds. The Eagle is a big draggy airframe and all more power is going to do is stress it woefully. I am really impressed with the FEJ construction, very strong and light....
