My mistake on the flap servo, the push rod does rub on the inside of the hole cut for it (if you use a standard clevis), I have put a ball link on the servo arm and it pushes it out a bit, still rubs...

I have asked the Question about the Gear not fitting (doors won't close without modification and I'm having problems (i can fix it) with the inner flap servo being about 3/4" away from the push rod...

Another question, I have Robart 165 door cylinders, at the end of the stroke I have about 1/8-3/16 left to attach to the door hinge mount hole, typically I would just put a ball link on the end and...

looks like it is 4", does this cause the wheel to hide up in the fuse?
