Steve - I lost several mufflers on my pumped OS 120. Tried Loctite after the first one launched itself. That didn't work. So I drilled a small hole in it and wired it on. Its been about 7-8 years...

I have been out of town - will post pictures and gear info tonight. Flew the Spacewalker at the meet this past weekend - just a great plane to fly. I am glad I have it.

Rounding edges is not that hard to do. Goldberg used to include a small plywood tool you could glue together, attach sandpaper to it and you would have a real nice rounding tool. I still make them up...

My 1/3 Spacewalker is 14 years old - weighs 22 lbs dry - powered by an OS300T just like yours - and has enough power to make it a pleasure to fly. My plane is the second from the right.
