P-51 build

I wouldn't worry about the plane being at 12 lbs just make sure that the balance is a little nose heavy and it should take off good

Balance point

Your balance point for that plane is on the rear of the main
spar make sure it is nose heavy or you will have a problem

Blue lid because if you wet the sheet down to go around any curves and the sheet may need to be weted down the titebond glue with the red cap won't work because...

acdii: if you don't want any problems don't use a DLE I have seen a lot of things go wrong with those engines . for some reason the smaller
engines from DLE the kinks have not gotten worked out yet...

dutchy50, make sure that your c.g. is moved foward of what the plans call for or you will have a tail heavy plane

LOOKS GOOD Aaron mine is getting there one of the things that i did with mine is made the air scoop opperational
so that the rear cooler door works with air speed

GEORGE THAT IS hard to live with I lost my p-51 on the 1st flight it was only 30 sec. long so I know how you feel this is the 20th time
that i have herd of a 2.4 system crashing it makes me...
