My throws were more than I thought. Here's what I'm using.

Ailerons: High 35mm, Low 22mm
Elevator: High 60mm (all I can get) Low 50mm
Rudder: 22mm
Flaps: 45-50 degrees on full

I think I had a bit more than that for my max throw, but after flying the plane found that the ailerons are plenty responsive. I would have to measure, but I believe I ended up at about 12mm up and...
