Any thoughts on using CF composites to lighten the Mustang up a bit?

Things like bulkheads, firewalls, gear mounts, servo trays, fuse doublers, etc. could benefit. Contest balsa would lighten...

Has anyone here tried a foam wing core for this airplane? Don at Eureka offers a 4 piece wing core I am eager to use.

Thank you for the imput. Actually, I was going to mount my ST 90 out the side rather than inverted and in the cowl. My thinking is that as nice as I plan to build it, I know there will be scale...
