I never had any problems with the bolt vibrating out, but I know it is a common problem with metal bolts. If you want to use Nylon, I would choose M5 or similar. Thread the ply stock directly and...

Looks nice!
I would put a couple of hardwood triangular supports under the ply bracket. And consider a couple more bolts on that UC... My recomendation would be two M4 (or similar) on either side...

A bipe "should" be flown with a 4-stroke... ;)
The only trouble with the 4-cycle engines (at least Os) is starting when temperatures are below freezing. It takes a while!! I've been flying in temp....

I just crashed my CG Ultimate after 11years and approx 2-300 flights... It was powered by an Os 1.20, and hovered on 3/4...
