Akbowen-I put blind nuts in the mid-wing, and a clearance hole in the fuse.It's no problem to come in from the bottom of the fuse to bolt the wing on,it looks so much better.-jeffo

I stand corrected on the cross brace,it must have been added after production.I have a great book on the DR1,and they never mention the crossbrace.The book has blown up plans and goes in great detail...

There is a real good book,Fokker V5/Dr.1,a Schiffer military history book.It tells all the problems and fixes the tripe went thru.WW1 aircraft advanced quite rapidly,The Dr.1 filled a void...

I put a top trailing edge piece on the wing.It makes it much more rigid,guys were complaining when covering how flimsy it was.-jeffo

It's an easy build.One piece wings,no dihedral,and flat bottom airfoil.The fuse is a box,and stick built tail feathers.If you can stick build,and solder it won't be a problem.-jeffo
